For further details, please visit your examining body website.

College rules regarding course and fees

  • Students must pay course fees in full in advance of the commencement of the course, unless otherwise arranged with the College.
  • Students are required to pay the appropriate registration fees with professional bodies and examination fees. Examination fees will not be refunded in any case.
  • The College will not refund any tuition fees once the classes commence. If a student decides to cancel the course before commencement, he/she must advise the College at least 4 weeks before the starting date of the course. In that event the student will be refunded the deposit fee after deducting £150 administrative charge.
  • The College reserves the right to cancel a course without prior notice if there are not enough students or for any other reason. In that event a full fee paid in advance will be refunded to the students or alternatively they will be given the chance to transfer to another course if places are available and at the choice of the student.
  • The College requires all fees to be paid on time. Failure to do so may result in suspension or not being allowed to sit college examinations or the withholding of results.
  • Unless prior arrangements have been made overseas students must pay tuition fees before commencement of the course. Home students and overseas students who have spent at least one year as a student in the College may pay half of their yearly fees in advance and the remaining fees in three equal instalments within three months from the course commencement date.
  • The College reserves the right to review its fees at any time. The fees advertised are correct at the time of going to the press and subject to terms and conditions.

Withdrawal from a course and fefund of fees

  • If you wish to withdraw from a course for whatever reason, then:

    • Withdrawals must be made in writing and will only apply from the date received by the College administration.
    • For withdrawals which are received more than four weeks before the course commencement date, an administrative charge of £150 will be deducted from the deposit and any balance held will be refunded.
    • For withdrawals which are received less than four weeks before the course commencement date, the deposit will not be refunded. Where withdrawals are received after the course commencement date, for whatever reason, no refund will be given. In addition, any balance of outstanding fees on the student’s account must be paid in full.
    • International students should note that where the College letter has been sent to the Home Office to support a student visa application, the College must notify the Home Office of any withdrawals from the course of study.
    • For students who are unsuccessful in obtaining a visa, a full refund (less the £150 non-refundable administrative fee) will only be paid on receipt of the following:
      • The original college receipt (photocopies or fax are not acceptable),
      • Original visa letter issued by GLC,
      • An original copy of the official visa refusal letter issued by the relevant British High Commission/Embassy. The college may verify the authenticity of the visa refusal letter if deemed necessary,
      • An Administrative review decision copy from British High Commission/ Embassy (If applicable)
      • A copy of the photo and signature page of the student's passport.
  • A letter from the applicant confirming that he/she wishes to withdraw from the course and explaining how they wish to get the refund.
Refunds under this section must be submitted before the commencement date of the course. Please allow a minimum of three weeks in order to process your request for a refund
