 John Medwell helped to establish the College in 2003, giving advice and support to the management. He was very much a "founding father" to us. Sadly he passed away in June 2007. This scholarship has been established by the management of the college in his memory and will be awarded this summer to take effect from the academic year from September 2008.
To be awarded to the first year student who:
- achieves very high examination results
- has completed all coursework during the year
- has extremely good attendance record and
- has shown a diligent attitude to their work
The scholarship will represent payment of tuition fees for the student's second year in the college.
The award of the scholarship is at the discretion of the college management and their decision is final. They reserve the right not to award the scholarship if no student is deemed to have fulfilled all the requirements.
